What is a Wireless Site Survey?
A site survey is on-site measurement, analyzing the full frequency spectrum (2.4GHz & 5GHz) within the desired coverage area in your warehouse or DC. Special software is used to determine which frequency channels can be used, how many and what components are needed to make a good wireless network system work.
A site survey always begins with a conversation to get your needs clear. This is followed by a reconnaissance round to delineate the coverage area. The data collected are used as a starting point for measurement.
We identify potential black spots, required firmware updates, sources of interference, and coverage levels. The report gives you complete insight into the status of your Wi-Fi network and concrete suggestions for improving your network.
