With Hardware-as-a-Service, you choose to pay only for the use of high-quality new equipment. Because of the pay-per-use model, you don’t have to invest in hardware upfront and you remain flexible in scaling up and down, entirely according to your needs. Choose one or more of the packages and immediately start working more efficiently and accurately in your warehouse, distribution center, production environment or in the field.
A complete package
When you choose Hardware-as-a-Service, you can immediately start working with your completely new hardware with confidence. For example, each device comes with spare battery, charger, screen protector and other accessories. In addition, the equipment is insured for the duration of the term, covering any damage, and you will take advantage of remote support from our experienced IT service desk. And should your device be unexpectedly damaged beyond repair, we always have plenty of new devices in stock for replacement. So that you can always move on quickly.
Because with Hardware-as-a-Service you are also directly connected to our CaptureTech Protect service, the devices are logged into the Mobile Device Management software. This allows you to remotely manage your equipment, quickly perform updates and upgrades, and easily send repair orders when needed.
Hardware subscription
Use reliable industrial barcode scanners, PDAs, tablets and forklift terminals that are specially designed for drop resistance, dust resistance and long life. Or choose the WD1 or WD2 when you want your employees to work hands-free with wearable wearable scanners, such as when order picking.

With Hardware-as-a-Service, you have a choice of different package versions. For example, with devices for short-range or just long-range scanning and tablets and forklift terminals with large touch screens and 5G.
All hardware comes with the accessories you need to run your processes more efficiently. Do you work in the warehouse? Then the barcode scanners always include pistol grip. A PDA for use on the go? Then the device comes with a car cradle included.
