With Hardware-as-a-Service, you choose to pay only for the use of high-quality new equipment. Because of the pay-per-use model, you don’t have to invest in hardware upfront and you remain flexible in scaling up and down, entirely according to your needs. Choose one or more of the packages and immediately start working more efficiently and accurately in your warehouse, distribution center, production environment or in the field.
When you choose Hardware-as-a-Service, you can immediately start working with your completely new hardware with confidence. For example, each device comes with spare battery, charger, screen protector and other accessories. In addition, the equipment is insured for the duration of the term, covering any damage, and you will take advantage of remote support from our experienced IT service desk. And should your device be unexpectedly damaged beyond repair, we always have plenty of new devices in stock for replacement. So that you can always move on quickly.
Because with Hardware-as-a-Service you are also directly connected to our CaptureTech Protect service, the devices are logged into the Mobile Device Management software. This allows you to remotely manage your equipment, quickly perform updates and upgrades, and easily send repair orders when needed.
