To ensure the continuity of business processes, an accessible and professional IT service desk is indispensable. Employees in the office and on the shop floor must be helped quickly to minimize work interruptions.

CaptureTech’s IT Service Desk provides all support from its headquarters in Nieuw-Vennep or at one of your locations. The IT support staff is divided into customer teams. This ensures short lines of communication and that you will always get someone on the phone or on location who is familiar with your specific situation. In addition to the support team, we work with a team of IT consultants who perform projects such as migrations to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint or other more complex issues.
