Ultimate protection

DLoG’s vehicle mount computers and Panel PCs are IP-66 rated: Full protection against dust and high-pressure water jets (100 liters per minute) from all directions.
Resistant to extreme temperatures ranging from -30 to +50 °C. This makes them suitable for use in extreme environments, including cold stores with temperatures as low as -20°C.
The touchscreens meet IK-08 standard, which indicates that they can withstand an impact of 5 Joule. For example, the impact of a thrown object weighing 1.7 kg.
The computers can withstand extreme constant shock and vibration and forces of 10.5 g for 4.5 hours (Class 5M3 certification). By comparison, a jet fighter goes up to 7g at most. In their own test environment, they passed tests at as much as 22.5 g for 15 hours.

Panel PCs from DLoG

Panel PCs, also known as panel computers or all-in-one PCs, are computer systems that are integrated into a single housing and consist of a monitor and a built-in computer. The monitor acts as the primary interactive display while also housing all of the computer’s internal hardware components.

DLoG’s UTC-515 is a versatile touchscreen Panel PC. Robust construction ensures durability and reliability. A notable feature is the unique groove around the frame that acts as rails for peripherals, allowing accessories such as scanners, printers and card readers to be attached effortlessly, increasing efficiency and productivity.

DLoG Tablet with docking station

For applications in other vehicles than forklifts, such as in trucks or service vans, DLoG has developed the AIM-78S tablet. This tablet is semi-rugged. That is; just slightly less extremely robust than the warehouse vehicle mount terminals, but still very suitable for industrial applications. The AIM-78S tablet comes with a convenient vehicle docking station with theft protection and to which you can easily attach and detach the tablet with a single hand movement.
