CaptureTech and SDT Informatics join forces

CaptureTech of Dendermonde (B) and SDT Informatics of Wommelgem have announced their merger. Both companies are active in optimizing diverse logistics processes using Automatic Identification techniques. Such as voice recognition, barcode scanning, RFID and label printing, combined with self-developed intuitive software and mobile applications. In addition, CaptureTech also operates in ICT services for office environments and key and asset management solutions.
Both CaptureTech and SDT are characterized by strong technical and specialist knowledge of the various market segments in which they operate. Both companies have a similar culture focused on building lasting customer relationships and developing customer-focused and innovative total solutions. Together they can even better meet the changing needs of customers and further strengthen relationships with them as logistics knowledge partners.
SDT and CaptureTech’s Belgian branch will be fully integrated in the coming months, after which it will continue under the name CaptureTech Belgium. In the process, all employees of both organizations will be merged into a team of 20 employees, and the former owners of SDT will take seats on the new board. The new entity will be located at SDT’s current site in Wommelgem. Axel Lambot and Bart van den Borre will assume day-to-day management. Guido Van den Mooter will manage and develop the technical team.
