Powerful ring scanner RS6100

Zebra recently launched the RS6100, the newest and most versatile wearable scanner in their lineup. Weighing less than half as much as its predecessor, and featuring an advanced scanning engine with multiple focuses, this scanner is designed to capture the most challenging bar codes no matter what the conditions.

The Zebra RS6100 is equipped with an advanced multi-focus scanning engine, making it capable of capturing both 1D and 2D barcodes at close range and on the top shelf of a rack. This includes barcodes that are scratched, dirty, poorly printed or under shrink wrap.

With five interchangeable wearing options, there is a style that maximizes comfort for each user. This makes it possible to use the scanner anywhere from warehouse aisles, freezers and coolers to the seat of a forklift and outside in the rain, snow or scorching sun.

One of the greatest advantages of the RS6100 is its removable battery. As a result, no downtime is required for charging, and a fully charged battery can be easily replaced. In addition, Zebra offers two battery options for cordless freedom, or corded battery-free operation for maximum flexibility.

Because the RS6100 and RS5100 share common triggers, holders and batteries, upgrading the RS5100 is easy and cost-effective. This makes it easier for companies to upgrade their existing scanners without having to make large investments.
